Rushden and Diamonds have had a winding-up order dismissed by the High Court on Wednesday.HM Revenue and Customs presented the club with the petition after they failed to pay a tax bill.

Both parties were in attendance but the Diamonds have been cleared to continue because the debts had been settled.

Before the start of the 2009/10 season, Rushden and Diamonds were in the same situation but that winding-up petition was withdrawn two days later.

Blue Square Bet Premier side Crawley Town, and Blue Square Bet North teams Dorchester and Ilkeston were also due to appear before the Companies Court on 28 July.
