Barrow will again be without midfielder Robin Hulbert who is serving the third of his four-match ban.Winger Marc Goodfellow is doubtful with an ankle injury, while striker Danny Forrest is pushing for a place in the starting XI.

Rushden manager Justin Edinburgh is forced into one change after Craig Farrell picked up a groin strain, Ryan Charles is set to come in.

Meanwhile defender Kurt Robinson is pushing for a start.

Rushden & Diamonds manager Justin Edinburgh told BBC Radio Northampton: "People expect us to be up at the top but if we give away goals like we did [against Bath] we won't be.

"We have to stay bright on both boxes and start to keep clean sheets.

"What we must do is get our first victory on the board and that must start at Barrow. We have to grab the game by the horns and see what we can do."
